Production Planner

McCormick South Africa is looking for a Production Planner with optimal experience, who will be responsible for integrating customer services, commercial, materials planning, and production processes, to give the best output to a customer within an efficient supply chain.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESProduction Planning: Utilize SAP/Excel to meet demand management requirements, ensuring inventory targets, OEE, allergen compliance, and cost efficiency.Effective Communication: Address constraints impacting demand and customer service promptly.Production Plan Adherence: Monitor and communicate adherence by SKU, actively participating in production meetings.New Product Introductions: Efficiently schedule new product launches and discontinuations.SAP Expertise: Clarify and maintain production parameters and data within SAP.Management Reports: Generate ad hoc reports as needed.Comply with all company regulations and procedures concerning Health and Safety.CANDIDATE PROFILEExperience: Desirably 3-5 years in supply chain roles, preferably with FMCG suppliers.
Business reporting experience.Qualifications: Supply chain degree or equivalent.Skills: Strong leadership, time management, and analytical abilities.
Advanced Excel user.Team Player: Collaborate effectively within a matrix structure.
