PRODUCTION MANAGER - SPRINGFIELD PARK - R15 000 PMProperty / Facilities Management / SecurityDurban North, Durban - KwaZulu NatalA long-standing company in the lifting, rigging, safety PPE, transport, lashing and tarpaulin supply chain is looking for a Production Manager. The ideal candidate would be responsible for the entire production process, strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational success, and run quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day running of the factory floor.Develop and follow realistic production schedules and ensure that all targets are achieved.Report at weekly production meetings.Ensure that all job cards are used and that all the correct information is recorded and documented.Oversee all new product development and current product changes.Manage the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ensure the company maintains this quality.Implement the company's Quality Management System, Policies, and Procedures.Direct the implementation of any ISO/SABS standards required by the Director and/or customer.Ensure adherence to quality standards at all times (from production to finished goods).Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements.Qualifications And RequirementsGrade 12 / National Senior Certificate.5+ years of Production Managerial experience.Understanding of ISO 9001.Proficiency in MS Office.If you meet the requirements, kindly apply.
