Position Overview: As a Remanufacturing Tyre Retreading Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our tire retreading operations.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and safety of the production process while maintaining a focus on environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of the tyre retreading facility, ensuring optimal production output.
Implement and enforce standardized operating procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
Oversee the entire production process, from receiving used tires to delivering retreaded products.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to guarantee the production of premium, reliable retreaded tires.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of production staff.
Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and environmental standards.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory levels and manage the supply chain to meet production demands efficiently.
Collaborate with procurement to source quality materials for the retreading process.
Qualifications: Matric 5 years production experience 5 years management experience knowledge of the tyre industry 5 years technical re-tread experience Knowledge: production cost burden recovery basic financial knowledge market trends time study analysis of process customer buying/patterns product management SOP's per cell Toyota way IR & labour relations ISO9001 process
