MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Relevant agricultural qualificationAt least 2-years relevant farming experience in a managerial positionProven track record in managing a large team (65+)Experience with banana and macadamia farmingComputer literateExperience in applying a disciplinary code and conducting hearingsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong admin and record keeping skills, good in problem solving & good interpersonal relationshipMaintenance and mechanically orientatedValid drivers license RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Preparation of workforce plans and schedulesEffective management of staff against performance and quality standardsImplementation and adherence of staff to health and safety regulationsImplementation of regenerative farming practices across the farmMaintenance of records and documentation ONLY short listed candidates will be contacted
