Production Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Relevant agricultural qualification At least 2-years relevant farming experience in a managerial position Proven track record in managing a large team (65) Experience with banana and macadamia farming Computer literate Experience in applying a disciplinary code and conducting hearings Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong admin and record keeping skills, good in problem solving & good interpersonal relationship Maintenance and mechanically orientated Valid drivers license RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Preparation of workforce plans and schedules Effective management of staff against performance and quality standards Implementation and adherence of staff to health and safety regulations Implementation of regenerative farming practices across the farm Maintenance of records and documentation ONLY short listed candidates will be contacted
