Clover is recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to manage the Process department at it's Bloemfontein Production facility, where yogurt is manufactured. AE, AM, AFManage SHE activities in productionMANAGE FIXED COST: Manage overtime, labour cost, electricity usage, water usage etc.Compile annual fixed cost budget and report on deviationsMANAGE STAFF: Set objectives and manage performanceEnsure optimal utilisation of staffApply consistent disciplineTrain and develop staffConduct meetings and ensure effective communication to allLiaise and communicate with management in all departmentsImplement and maintain Way Better teams
