Hoedspruit Area - Limpopo: Our client is looking for a Production Manager to join the team.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or diploma in horticulture, agriculture, or the equivalent combination of education and experience Five or more years of horticulture or seedling production experienceSKILLS REQUIRED Strong planning, organization, and time management skills Ability to problem solve and conduct cause analysis Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Outlook Knowledge or experience with continuous process improvement in a production environment Risk management understanding Selfmotivated & selfdisciplined Attention to detail Responsible & accountableRESPONSIBILITIES Leading and training production team/s Analyse and work with production data and financial data including developing budgets Manage practices that ensure high levels of plant quality and healthy environment Nursery planning & recording systems
