Overseeing the Pulleys departments operations and full functions Reports directly to Top Management (Directors) Initiating and leading meetings for new projects/orders to determine specific job requirements and scheduling. Generating Production and Costings Reports Following up DAILY relating to: Supervision and scheduling of all production activities Work in progress relating to: Supplier and Subcontractor orders. Work on the factory floor Supervision of daily QC activities in the factory and ad hoc at subcontractors. Maintaining and Monitoring Health and Safety - QMS 9001:2015 Maintenance of the quality system and supervision of compilation of the data books required for specific projects. Supervise and maintain digital production schedules for multiple projects. Will have a material controller and production planner to assist with this.) 8-10 years of experience in production management involving steel fabrication and machining with all the associated knowledge that goes with this position.
