Production Manager

Your primary responsibilities will include managing production schedules, supervising staff, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance. Job Role: Production Manager Location: Kempton Park Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in manufacturing Strong leadership and team management skills Proficient in production planning and inventory management Knowledge of Safety and Quality regulations Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities : Overseeing the daily tasks of packaging associates Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment Monitoring, managing, and sourcing inventory, supplies, and equipment Ensuring compliance and accuracy with product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures Key responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day production operations and staff management Develop and implement production schedules and plans Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with other departments to achieve production goals Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures
