Our client in Isando, Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee their manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will have a Matric certificate, an NQF 6 qualification in Production or Operations Management, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and a strong understanding of plastic manufacturing processes are essential.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate high emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Responsible to lead, motivate, train and control any allocated persons Ensure that subordinates record and report quality problems immediately Monitor and direct workflow of subordinates Hold regular performance reviews to discuss performance against objectives, counselling employees where performance is not in line with the standards Motivate team to develop with a focus on ongoing improvement.
