Production Manager

Minimum Requirements:Relevant Production and Manufacturing qualification.Minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role.Minimum of 3 years experience within a Supervisory role.Environmental Protection Agency knowledge.Occupational Safety and Health administration regulations knowledge. Duties and Responsibilities:Working with Designers, Quality Surveyors, Project Managers, Finance team and clients.Meeting and assessing client requirements and desires through collaboration with involved team members.Researching and maintaining a working knowledge of trends and new developments in the interior design and architecture worlds.Assisting with all administrative paperwork required for production and manufacturing departments.Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production team.Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organisation accident-free.Communicating regularly with management regarding problems or issues impacting production.Evaluating machine resource to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.Developing workflow policies and procedure that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.Ensure adequate scheduling of staff.Submitting of daily and weekly reports to give regular communication on tasks.
