Production Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - 10 years' experience in manufacturing or production - FMCG experience - Operational experience - Understanding of industrial engineering and manufacturing. - Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement - Ability to utilize kpi to manage and report - Extensive experience in management of teams and conflict resolution. - Previous experience with tiger, Unilever or similar - Nice to have experience with salad, vegetables, or fresh produce. - Strong computer literacy and excel skills - Basic Understanding of financial and costing reports - Manage their budget within the business ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
