Production Manager

Qualification Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field would be beneficial CNC Programming Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in a production management role, preferably in the steel industry or related manufacturing sector Experience in project planning, team management, produciton planning, quality control standards, interpret production data and metrics, lean manufacturing, health and safety Ability to read and draw technical drawings and proficient in AutoCAD Knowledge of electrics and electronics Ability to program on CNC code Duties Ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
Manage and oversee all aspects of the production process to ensure timely and efficient production of stainless-steel coils and wire rope.
Ability to disassemble / reassemble mechanical machinery / DIE's working with small margins 0.8 – 0.02.
Setting up of DIE sets in pressing machines.
Mechanical problem solving.
Supervise, mentor, and train production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and regularotry requirements.
Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, coordinating with procurement to ensure adequate supply.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Assist in the development and management of the production budget, monitoring expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
