Production Manager

Minimum requirements: Relevant Diploma/Degree. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in fresh fruit and vegetables within a management role. Experience in implementing integrated systems Computer literate. Excellent understanding and knowledge of effective Packhouse processes and systems. Ability to read and write English. Strong administration & Coordination skills. Personality traits: High attention to detail. Able to work accurately with high volumes of work. Resilient and able to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills ability to manage, direct and train employees. Committed and hardworking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-disciplined and must be able to work without supervision while meeting the set targets. Responsibilities: The Production Manager is fully responsible for optimally running the section in the packhouse assigned to. Ensure production runs productively. Assist in the expansion of operations, increased productivity, and profitable use of facilities. Manage and develop people. Implement and maintain best practice policies and principles. Responsible for all product packed in division. Manage wage effectively. Any other reasonable task assigned by management.
