Production Manager

RPO's client is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
The client specializes in producing high-quality, ready-to-eat meals and other food products, ensuring the highest standards in food safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire production process, ensuring efficient and timely output.
Ensure adherence to food safety, health, and safety regulations.
Optimize production processes to increase productivity while reducing costs.
Manage and lead a team, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and performance management.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality departments to meet production targets and customer requirements.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance and quality.
Monitor and report on production KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Handle troubleshooting and problem-solving for operational issues.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or diploma in Production Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, or similar).
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in production management software and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
