We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Production Manager to lead our aluminum extrusion production.

Team Leadership & Development: Coach and develop a high-performing team, ensuring every team member executes tasks according to documented procedures.
This includes training, development, and maintaining a disciplined work environment.
Efficiency & Continuous Improvement: Drive production efficiency and optimize resource utilization to deliver services competitively.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and performance.
