An ideal candidate must have an appropriate university degree (BSC, B.Eng.
Chemical / Electrical / Industrial / Mechanical) and knowledge and application of continuous improvement methodologies.
You need to have 8 years work experience in a Production or Process discipline in a continuous process manufacturing environment, with 3 years of that experience in a management/leadership role.
Experience working within ISO9001, ISO14001, and OSHAS145001 systems is required.
Good communication skills and knowledge of company disciplinary procedures are essential.
