Duties & Responsibilities The purpose of the role is to ensure products manufactured and refurbished at the Company are produced on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The candidate will be highly motivated, with strong supervisory-, leadership-, and managerial skills.Duties will include but are not limited to:Manage Production resourcesMaterial and resource planningManage and improve manufacturing processes in line with design standardsReview and apply best practicesImplement and maintain ISO 9001 systems as per guidelinesImplement and maintain Quality Control PlanManage HSEReview production layouts and improve efficiency where requiredProduce production programmes in line with customer requirementsManage and maintain raw material stock levelsContinuous review of systems, processes and resources to improve performanceEffective cost management to ensure that the production of goods aligns with budgeted costsProvide regular feedback to the management team on progress, challenges and solutionsManage shopfloor Disciplinary process Personal Attributes:Managerial skills & the ability to motivate your subordinatesAbility to work under pressureExcellent communication & people skillsExcellent Problem-SolvingProactively accept responsibility Education:Grade 12 or equivalentN6, BTech Industrial Engineering or National Diploma in Production Management would be an advantagePMI Diploma Skills:Proficient in MS OfficeISO 9001Proficient in CAD would be an advantage Experience:Minimum 5 years of Managerial experienceExperience in Manufacturing non-negotiableProduction ManagementLean ManufacturingISO 9001 Package & Remuneration Neogtiable - Monthly HR Services, Recruitment & Selection These jobs were popular with other job seekers
