Production ManagerDescriptionCTVC is a multi-BAFTA-winning and Grierson nominated independent production company producing a range of religious, ethical and moral content from the perspective of all faiths and none. Broadcasting across all platforms and networks, both in the UK and internationally, our television, radio, education, and digital output aims to stimulate thought and discussion.We're looking for a Production Manager to join our busy East London office. This is at times a fast-paced role that requires an extremely organised, articulate and proactive individual. This role will be supporting our Radio, Digital and TV departments, working alongside our current PM and Production Secretary, and reporting in to our Production Exec and COO. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, and has a 'can-do' attitude.RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to)Overseeing the set up of shoots and podcast recordings across our TV Development, Radio and Digital departmentsAd hoc support for teams on shoots as requiredManaging several projects/budgets at onceOverseeing the onboarding of new starters e.g. confirming with IT new starters requiring an email account setting up across the departmentsDrafting shoot/post schedules and project budgetsSupervising hire of kitPreparation & submission of invoices for processing in a timely mannerNegotiating, confirming and contracting crewSubmission of child licensing applicationsOverseeing delivery of multiple deliverables and assets to a range of clientsEnsuring all projects comply with legal, and Health and Safety standardsSKILLSExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe).Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detailUnderstanding of camera and editing kit used for filming and editing of content as well as for recording of podcasts and radio showsGood time management and the ability to prioritise tasks.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Personable and a positive, 'can do' attitude.Warm telephone manner & excellent communication skills.Budget/scheduling of both shoots and post productionExperience working on both Radio and Digital projectsMulti-tasking ability, managing several projects at onceCompletion and delivery of post production paperwork, including AlbertCTVC is an equal opportunities employer and means we take seriously our responsibility to consider candidates on the basis of merit, regardless of sex, gender identity, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, religion, or belief, marital status, pregnancy, parenthood, disability or any other category protected by law.
