Minimum RequirementsMatric & relevant tertiary Diploma in Production advantageous4 - 6 years' management experience within a furniture manufacturing environmentGood understanding of production analysis and flowSewing experience/knowledge essentialProficient on MS Office SuiteResponsibilitiesReach hourly and daily production targets in normal time with minimal or zero overtimeProduction according to a program and maintain quality standardsManage wages and expensesControl all stock take processesSafeguard factory assetsManage, lead and control a teamTrain staff in required standardPerformance management of employeesInter-departmental liaison (as well as internal and external Retail Partners)IR/HR Responsibility including but not limited to discipline, wages etc.Deal with all staff issuesTO APPLY:Only if you do meet the minimum job requirements and experience as mentioned above, you may submit a detailed updated CV.
