Minimum requirements: MatricTertiary qualification (manufacturing) Previous experience in production management5 to 8 Years' experience in clothing manufacturing industry2 to 4 Years' experience on senior management levelProven track record of successful staff management of large teamsMS Excel, FastReact, Sewing Network, LECTRA, SagePrevious knowledge and experience of quality management, efficiency and effectiveness as well as production improvement systems, such as LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen or similar manufacturing output improvement systemsGood understanding of SA labour context, its laws and application (able to work successfully in a unionised, wages staff environment)Strong planning and organizing skillsStrong numerical abilityGood negotiating skillsConsultant: Rene Otte - Dante Personnel Greenstone
