Production ManagerOur client, an FMCG operation based in Pretoria, is looking to appoint a Production Manager.Qualifications and Experience:Grade 12 / N3 + Relevant Tertiary Qualification5 years Production Management experience with the FMCG Manufacturing IndustryHACCP ExperienceResponsibilities:Staff control and managementResponsible for the effective functioning and production qualityCoordination of the different departments' workControlling the Production DocumentControlling the Production staff documents for additional work validation and for service communication; and the sending of those documents to the Human Resources departmentPart of the daily organoleptic tasting of the productsMonitoring of CCP'sIncrease/enhance improvements in productivity/production efficiencyControl of line information boards/control of daily production efficiencyParticipation in the preparation of the annual budgetParticipation in the weekly analysis of the production efficiency reportingParticipation in the quarterly analysis of the factory's budget deviation, and assessment of its performanceMember of the HACCP TeamReceiving invoicesPlanning productionTreating urgent ordersProviding feedback to R&D regarding the product control panelsValidating raw materials, temperatures, and flows of industrial testsParticipating in projects of continuous improvementFollow Company policies and proceduresCarry out any related instruction from ManagementOnly applicants that meet the above requirements will be considered.Salary offered to successful applicant will depend on qualifications and experience.
