Qualifications and Experience Required:- Experience in the heavy engineering or motor industryGood numerical, communication and computer skills.Experience with performance managementProven track record of lean manufacturing principlesExperience with problem solving tools. Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality systemsSuitable production and or technical qualification5 yrs + Production management experience Duties & Responsibilities:-Supervise staff (approximately 120 staff).Comply with OSHA safety and ISO 9001 Quality System.Production planning and material forecasting.Meet promised delivery dates and monthly output targets.Maintain and improve 5S standards.Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects in the manufacturing facility.
