Production Manager (Beverage)

Hire Resolve is currently assisting one of the leading beverage companies in Johannesburg in their search for a skilled Production Manager. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring the efficient and timely manufacturing of beverages.Responsibilities:Developing and implementing production plans to ensure effective resource allocation and production efficiencyMonitoring and controlling production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and specificationsIdentifying and implementing process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costsManaging and leading a team of production staff, providing guidance and support as neededCollaborating with other departments such as supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance to ensure smooth production operationsOverseeing the maintenance and repair of production equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams as necessaryEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations and implementing measures to minimize workplace risksAnalyzing production data and generating reports to track performance and identify areas for improvementManaging production budgets and expenses to achieve cost targetsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related fieldProven experience as a Production Manager in the beverage industryStrong knowledge of beverage production processes and equipmentExcellent leadership and management skillsAbility to analyze data and make data-driven decisionsGood understanding of health and safety regulationsSound problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
