Our client, a wine estate based in the beautiful Franschhoek Wine Valley, has the abovementioned exciting opportunity available for a meticulous individual with strong administrative and organisational skills, as well as the ability to multitask. This position requires excellent logistical and communication skills to liaise with producers, shipping agents, and overseas clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for duties related to offsite and onsite production, including:logistics of bulk wines & export ordersliaison between contracted cellar and the clientSAWIS & office administrationcoordination and scheduling of disgorgements and labellingdry stock managementprocurement of stockstock planning between bottling and warehouseall aspects regarding the handling of export documentationrecordkeeping, data capturing & processinginvoicingall other tasks related to the positionEssential qualifications, skills and experience:Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous;2-3 years' experience in a similar role in a shipping, freight-forwarding or export logistics environment;Knowledge of SAWIS and compliance regulations;Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, specifically with Microsoft Excel);Experience in workflow designs or creation of a logistics system or process would be advantageous;Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.Please apply online at www.m3online.co.za before 09:00 on 8 November 2022.
