Production Line Manager

As aProduction Line Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the daily production and delivery of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Logistics Support, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of both current and future orders.This position is based in Airport City, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee production line deliverables to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Manage and supervise production line processes to maintain high efficiency and quality standards.
Report directly to the Production Manager with updates on production status and progress.
Establish and set production targets to align with project goals and deadlines.
Develop and report on production deliverables within the scope of each project to ensure alignment with objectives.
Ensure smooth operation of the production line, minimizing issues and reducing downtime.
Track and monitor daily operations to maintain optimal performance and address any emerging challenges.

Qualifications & Experience:
A Degree or Certification in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years experience in Project Coordination or Production Planning.
Own transport is necessary.
Strong skills in MS Office, Teams and WBS.
Experience with Epicor and Sciforma is advantageous.
Comprehensive understanding of Project Management Processes.
