Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Engineering Manager to lead and optimize production operations within our client's oil and gas facilities.

Key Responsibilities: Production Operations Management: Oversee production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and output while minimizing downtime.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production performance and reduce costs.
Monitor production data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of production engineers, technicians, and support staff.

Maintain accurate records of production metrics, equipment certifications, and compliance audits.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present detailed production reports and performance analyses to senior management.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational performance and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in production engineering within the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of production systems, process optimization, and equipment maintenance.
Proven track record in managing teams and delivering successful projects.
Familiarity with South African oil and gas regulations and compliance requirements.
