We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven individual for the position of Production Engineering Manager / Industrial Engineering Manager. This senior role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead a dedicated team. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage the production engineering team to optimize manufacturing processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles. Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production workflows. Oversee the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies and automation. Mentor and develop the skills of team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Analyse production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Bachelor's degree/Diploma or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in a senior role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry. Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Certification in Six Sigma is highly desirable (black belt) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
