Key Responsibilities:Tracking plant production and OEE, analyzing data, and developing solutionsMaterials and stock managementShut planning and coordinationProcess safety risk management and quality controlAssist the Head of Production with people developmentContractor managementEnsure continuous improvement and process optimizationDevelop SOPs, BOPs, WOP, and troubleshooting guidesManage budget and cost deviations in own areaSafety, health, and environmental risk managementPerform standby duties as requiredCoordinate gatekeeping meetings (G1, 2, and 3)Your Profile:BSc in Chemical Engineering or equivalentPost Graduate qualification will be advantageousSAP system experience will be advantageousPI process book system experience will be advantageousSouth African Driver's LicenseMinimum of 3 years' experience as a Process/Production Engineer within a manufacturing industry (pulp & paper / cement – lime kiln)We Offer:Duration: PermanentGet in Touch:We strive to create a culture that inspires our people to reach their full potential.
