Production Engineer

RPO Recruitment is currently hiring for the position of Production Engineer for a leading mining company located in the North West province.
As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving production processes to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product conformity.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in mining operations.
Requirements Requirements National Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Metallurgy Minimum 4 years' experience in a Chrome operation Have sound knowledge of SHEQ legal requirements and legislation.
Experience with production optimization and process improvement Strong knowledge of mining operations and production processes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the mining industry.
