FP- Quality and value variance reportManage Production loss factors and initiate plans to reduce these losses.Daily production planning documentOperations Management Procedures and Work Instructions. Mixer, press and Bag report.Compile daily Production plan and sequencing in order to ensure maximum efficiencies.Analyse and drive Production asset productivity through KPIs and efficiencies.Marketing and CustomerProcedures and Work Instructions. Production items and deadlines on Customer complaint register.Communication with Sales Order Clerks to ensure customers are informed about outgoing loads.Investigation and establishment of root cause of Production related items on Customer complaint Register.
