Requirements: Residing in Paarl or surrounding areas Minimum of a Grade 12 qualification (Tertiary qualification advantageous) At least 3 years' experience in an administrative role SAP experience advantageous Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the production team to ensure efficient operations Maintain accurate and up-to-date SAP records Monitor and report on production schedules and inventory levels Assist in generating and distributing production reports Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow Maintain a well-organized filing system for production documentation Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required Benefits Salary: negotiable Administrative / Management  jobs
