Production Artisan - Powder

Join Lactalis at our Bonnievale Plant in the Powder department with the main responsibilities to manage drying towers, evaporators, and whey and milk separation plants.
Sound knowledge of chemical concentration test.
  Successful candidate must have minimum of 3 years experiences in manufacturing of Whey powder & Skim milk powder.
Must have recognised NQF 4 qualification.
Must be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of food quality and full adherence to all Safety & Health policies, procedures and legislation.
Be fluent in English and be computer literate (advance excel skills and MS Office).
