Production Administrator

Job brief We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Administrator, specialising in the wine industry.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's production operations and overseeing key processes related to SAWIS certification, production planning, procurement, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities Manage SAWIS certifications and submissions Conduct stock reconciliations and SAWIS stock takes Plan and schedule production runs Manage procurement of production material Create and maintain production documentation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Requirements Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field Experience with DAFF and Wine Online systems.
2+years related experience Strong knowledge of SAWIS and wine industry regulations.
Experience in the wine industry or a related production environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Navision (NAV), and Outlook.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
