Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with a strong background in eCommerce and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) to join our team. This role will focus on optimising the placement and integration of Refund Protect and ancillaries within our partners' booking flows. You will be responsible for enhancing user experience, increasing customer engagement, and driving higher conversion rates. Key Responsibilities:
Design Integration: Collaborate with partners to optimise the placement of Refund Protect within their booking flows, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and develop user journeys to inform design decisions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Team and relevant stakeholders to bring enhancement in a timely manner.
A/B Testing & Iteration: Propose A/B testing alternatives to validate design hypotheses and iterate on designs based on data-driven insights.
Design principles: Contribute to and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across partner integrations.
Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts and solutions to relevant stakeholders, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in product design with a focus on eCommerce, preferably within SaaS or fintech environments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
User Research: Strong experience in conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
A/B Testing: Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment, both with internal teams and external partners.
