Product Support Representative

Must have a minimum of 5 years or more relevant working experience within the Compressed Air industryAutoline experience would be an advantageDuties - Achieving revenue and profitability targetsEnsure that customers are contacted and quotes sent, within 24hours and that all calls are followed up, handled professionally and accuratelyProvide knowledgeable and quality advice to customersEstablishing an environment and foundation for future Aftermarket sales growth (service work)Selling value and solutions to customersHave good market awareness and identify opportunities within the marketEnsure all administration are kept up to date i.e. call reports, weekly and cyclical planners, customer information, quotes lost, projected sales etc.Other responsibilities include (but not limited to); Tenders, Project Work, Assisting Debtors, Filing etc.
