Product Support – Isando  My client is seeking to employ a Product Support employee to join their company based in Isando Duties include:Accountable for achievement of Workshop targets, and the growth of our customer base through sale of parts and service in a customer centric manner.Position supports the company's existing customer base from a technical perspective, as well as actively supports and enables growth of all aspects of the business.Role will actively be involved in daily workshop planning and execution activities.Ensure achievement of performance targets in line with Budget requirementsEnsure support and maintenance of current Customer BaseEnsure development of new/potential CustomersEnsure the effective and efficient administration of the relevant function in accordance with the Companies Policies and Procedures Minimum Requirements: Mechanical trade test in related fieldSales Experience / Technical or Product Knowledge (earthmoving equipment)Technical/Mechanical knowledge and understandingExcellent communication skillsPeople management and influencing skills
