Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis position is 60% IT/business analyst and 40% Product management.Analyse existing Ignite solution and platformEngage with stakeholders to understand pressure points and concernsInvestigate best practice alternatives to redesign the products platformConduct an analysis of local and international alternatives to the product's platformInvestigate competitor platforms and technologiesInvestigate customer behaviour patterns to create a solution that addresses customer requirements effectivelyDevelop a project plan with deliverables to redesign the product's platformAllocate milestones for delivery of redesigned platformApply learnings as defined in Investigation phase to source coding to address gapsPhase project plan in accordance with specified criteriaCreate and test prototypesOversee Product Data Management SoftwareDevelop and implement SOP for Product Data Management SoftwareUpdate the product's online catalogueInstallation of licenses and managing companies and users with their permissions on the online platformEnsure accuracy of the existing vehicle related data in PDM i.e. make, model, type, vehicle attributes, product linkages, other data sourcesMonthly updates of new vehicles in cooperation with the productSourcing of vehicle pictures, standardizing of pictures and maintenance of them in PDMUpkeep of car park registration figuresAdministration of the product's monthly data charge, vetting and submission of invoices for approvalCoordination of car park data updates within the Product Management team.Upkeep of master data lookup lists in PDMMaster User for the product's catalogue1st line support to internal usersInternal training and coordination between teamsReporting on customer usage and clicks on catalogue.Coordinator between sales, marketing and product management in terms of promotions and other communicationAdministration of user registrations and CRMAssist Product Specialists with car linkages, product attributes and article picturesDesired Experience & QualificationExperience project manager with 10 years plus experience in development of back end platforms and Product catalogues
