IntroductionThe Product Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Product team with the development and management of products at the company. The role operates in a fast-paced environment, within which product updates must be communicated, delivered, and managed in a timely manner. The role requires full end-to-end accountability of the updates across both the company and partner ecosystems (e.g. FNO Portals).Duties & ResponsibilitiesDuties:Support the Product Manager and Senior Product Manager on both product management and development activitiesCommunicate to both internal and external stakeholders – must be proficient with interpersonal skillsDocument and/or correlate competitor analysis - maintain a database of market-related pricingWork with cross-functional and technical teams to launch new and enhance existing productsLiase with regulatory and commercial legal to ensure the correct compliance is followedSupport with go-to-market plansManagement of the various fixed network operators to ensure synergy with the company, alignment on plans (products, pricing, contracts)Ownership of support-related issues relating to ProductSupervisory / Leadership / Managerial Complexity:Manage and coordinate the activities of this function across internal and external stakeholdersCommunicate actively to effectively resolve any potential conflicts that may ariseHave the self-insight and flexibility to adapt to different situationsDesired Experience & QualificationEducation:Minimum of 3-year degree/diploma in product design or EngineeringExperience:3+ years overall business experience, of which 1+ years in a product management/development/marketing or project management (or similar) roleExperience in collaborating with othersVery good understanding of fixed broadband and mobile consumer servicesExperience working in a medium to large organizationPackage & RemunerationR50 000 pm
