As a Product Specialist , you'll play a pivotal role in delivering in-depth knowledge of PABX, IT, and networking solutions, supporting the sales team in securing deals, and ensuring projects are perfectly tailored to meet client needs.

What You'll Bring: 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales or product specialist role within the telecommunications or IT industry.
Solid understanding of PABX systems, networking technologies, and IT infrastructure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to translate complex tech for non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to support sales teams and contribute to revenue growth.
Strong team player who can also work independently.
Must have own vehicle & drivers license and be an SA citizen .
Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Provide expert-level knowledge on PABX, IT, and networking products and services.
Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations for internal teams and clients.
Develop detailed technical specifications for client projects, ensuring solutions meet their needs.
Sales Support: Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to understand customer requirements and craft tailored solutions.
Assist in drafting proposals and competitive pricing models .
Participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions, offering insights to drive sales success.
Client Engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to fully understand their challenges and needs.
Offer ongoing technical support post-sale, ensuring client satisfaction.
Gather valuable client feedback to inform product development and improvement efforts.
Training & Development: Train the sales team on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages .
Create and deliver training resources to ensure the team is always up to date on the latest products.
Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the PABX, IT, and networking sectors.
Provide insights and recommendations to the product development team based on market research and client feedback.
