Detailed Duties and Responsibilities : • Manage and develop new business in the industrial automation sector. • Assistance with the management of telephone and on-site commissioning. • Handling of incoming technical calls and providing online technical support. • Interfacing with customers and client personnel ensuring each interaction is friendly and respectful. • Ensuring that all on site safety regulations and procedures are adhered to. • Ensuring that all documentation relating to site visits are properly documented and signed off by the client. Limits of authority: • Submission of quotations of value greater than R100 000.00. • Granting of credits and warranties without line approvals. • Purchasing of equipment without approved purchase requisitions.
