To ensure Customer Satisfaction during the contract period, through the cognizance of machine performance, and availability, including operating costs, and the safety of employees as well as the efficiency of labour.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Installation & Commissioning of underground Diesel equipmentTroubleshooting and technical assistance on Underground drilling / Bolting / Hauling equipmentOptimize Drilling & Bolting application according to underground environmentAssist on right drilling tools and GET are used to ensure optimum drilling / hauling performanceEnsure all pressure and RCS setting are aligned to mining applicationTo ensure equipment performance and high equipment availabilityConduct regular machine audits / daily inspectionsAssist customer in Schedule and Preventive and back log maintenanceAssist customer in Workshop repair jobsAttend Breakdown CallsAssist in Maintenance and critical parts planningConduct operator and maintenance staff training and evolutionShare best practises and assist Operator in drilling / Bolting / Hauling applicationImplementation of Technical Service Bulletin / Modification as and when applicableProcess Warranty claims as and when applicablePerform RigScan on scheduled intervalsCoordinate with Technical Team at head officeBuild strong relationships with our customersCommissioning of machinesPre-delivery service, some in workshop and on siteImplementation and monitoring of new technologies in area of responsibilityWeekly status reportsSuggested improvements to Epiroc and customersRecord keeping of implementation process with suggested improvementsCommunication:Reports on all site visits to clients and managerCustomer activity / prospectsCustomer problemsCommunication with your office, on an ongoing basis, of your movementsMonthly Utilisation must be above 85%Educational Qualification:Grade 12Technical qualification (Trade Test)Experience on underground TMM equipment.Skills, competence and Experience:Very strong technical backgroundComputer literacyGood customer relationsGood telephone manners and skillsGood product knowledgeInterpersonal skills to work with customers and suppliers and to work as part of the Technical Support teamBe able to work independently without supervisionBe presentable to customers in grooming and dress codeLast date to Apply: 19 December 2024Epiroc is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring we maintain a diverse and inclusive culture.
