Keep reading on!  What we need? We're seeking a Product Owner specialising Revenue Management Systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in hospitality, with expertise in revenue systems, yield management, and upselling. You will be part of our product team of four specialists, contributing specifically to the success of our revenue feature through efficient operations and customer satisfaction. What will you be doing? Product Ownership & Success: Responsible for the success of RaccoonRev, RaccoonUpsell, and RoomRaccoon's Channel Manager. Customer & Stakeholder Coordination: Understand customer needs and business objectives, defining and translating these into high-quality product requirements with stakeholders. Adoption & Engagement: Ensure current and new customers are actively using the products, including training team members and engaging customers. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate on pricing tools and reports, gather usage trends, and communicate upcoming features and opportunities, promoting the revenue management product. Continuous Delivery and Compliance: Work with engineering to ensure continuous product delivery, maintain and prioritize product backlogs, measure progress, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements? Has 5+ years of extensive experience with driving Hotel Revenue (Revenue Management) and therefore has a deep knowledge of Revenue Management, including price optimisation, yielding, overbooking, forward-looking projections/forecasting, as well as competitive analysis Successfully completed a university degree in business administration or hotel management Experience with Revenue Management systems Ideally, has experience in building digital products Professional appearance, high motivation, and a strong desire to work and build an empowered team High sense of responsibility and a conscientious, goal-oriented, and independent way of working Fluent English
