You will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of software projects, particularly those utilizing Laravel and Flutter frameworks. This role involves working closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure that project goals are met and products are delivered to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Lead and manage project development from inception to deployment, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.Act as the main point of contact between clients and the development team, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.Develop and prioritize product backlogs, incorporating client feedback and business requirements.Collaborate with developers, designers, and a Scrum Master to plan and oversee the Agile/Scrum development process.Make crucial decisions on product functionality, design, and features, balancing client needs with technical feasibility.Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise and adjusting plans as needed.Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among cross-functional teams.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role in software development projects.Strong knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.Experience in managing projects developed with Laravel and Flutter is highly desirable.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.Preferred Skills:Scrum or Agile certifications.Experience in client-facing roles and managing client expectations.Strong technical background with an understanding of software development principles.Excellent organizational and time management skills.
