As a Product Owner you are responsible for meeting the goals and vision of our solution RIB Candy by ensuring the expectations of our customers are executed through the software development team. So you will act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, clarifying requirements and expectations within an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities Understanding and breaking down the product vision into sequenced features and stories for product development and ensuring the completion of these goals within the operational business.Writing well-formed user stories with acceptance criteria for the development team.Maintaining the product backlog to support a steady workflow for the development team.Participating in all relevant team meetings and ceremonies to support the execution of the team's prioritized features.Assisting the QA team with testing activities.Ensuring new features and enhancements drive value for our client's customers and are implemented and measured.Managing your own and the team's availability - you will need to join/host meetings outside typical office hours from time to time.Performing market research to establish future trends in quantity takeoff.A Degree/Diploma in Business, IT or Engineering.Experience as a (certified) Product Owner within the software business for more than 3 years.Procedural Knowledge within the software development process (SCRUM, Sprints, managing ticketing & test cases, etc.).Experience in working with development systems like Azure DevOps Boards, Jira or others for creating tickets, structuring test cases, etc.Proficient English language skills (verbally and written) are essential.Desired skills and competencies Basic Miro & Draw IO skills are an advantage.Understanding Web APIs is beneficial.Advanced Communication and presentation Skills.Being a Teamplayer and used to working with Software Developers.Motivated by our values & vision, we are driving the digital transformation of our customers - for a more digital, efficient and sustainable engineering and construction industry.
