We're seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our global team of experts.Location: UK (Remote)Position Overview:As a leading fintech company, we are on the hunt for a Product Owner who can balance regulations with the user vision and focus on Product Lead Growth and Acquisition as well as new greenfield projects. In this role, you'll be pivotal in steering a new direction from our business and will need to be comfortable taking a product from 0 to 1 whilst navigating a highly regulated space.Responsibilities:Research, develop and refine the product vision for new acquisition and growth channels in the Private Equity SpaceCollaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product roadmap.Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business goals.Break down high-level requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are clear and actionable for the development team.Work closely in collaboration with the development team and product designer.Serve as the primary point of contact for all area related product queries from internal teams, stakeholders and partnersFacilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of product goals.Act as a key participant in all Scrum ceremonies, from sprint planning to retrospectives.Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends in the fintech/regtech space to ensure product compliance and competitiveness.Qualifications:Relevant professional experience as a Product Owner.Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.Lean UXExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize based on business value and customer needs.Proactive and solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.Customer and data driven discovery experienceExperience bringing new products and features to market, preferable in the product driven growth areaDesirable:Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is beneficial.Experience in Fintech is preferable but not required.Being part of the #IDRTeam provides a collaborative and inclusive work culture that values innovation and diversity.
