Product Owner

Junior Product OwnerAbout the role:The Product Owner will lead in defining user stories, managing the product backlog, and overseeing delivery of tech projects. Responsibilities include identifying new features, quality assurance, change requests, and bug fixes to ensure timely delivery. They will manage sprint processes, act as the main contact for non-critical issues, and escalate critical items, coordinating communications between developers, stakeholders, and executive management. Collaboration with Group Product Managers and the Group Head of Technology is crucial to execute strategic product roadmaps effectively. The ideal candidate is junior to mid-level, with some experience of product ownership, but eager to develop and prove their skills in a fast-moving, digital-first and young organisation.
