Translate business strategy into product strategy and ensure alignment with client expectations.Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Eg: seeing through a mobile app development from inception to deployment.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, developers, and other stakeholders. Ensure transparent and effective communication, managing expectations and providing regular updates.Requirement Gathering: Work closely with clients to gather detailed requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into clear and actionable product backlogs.Agile Practices: Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Prioritize the backlog, ensuring the most valuable features are delivered first.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and testers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.Quality Assurance: Ensure the final product meets the required standards and delivers an exceptional user experience.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly. Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role in a digital or software engineering environment.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, preferably in website and mobile app development.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with product management tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
