Main Purpose of Job
Responsible for managing the product roadmap, setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated by the Development and Delivery Scrum teams in order to ensure the most valuable features and functionality are focused on as part of product and solution development.
Main Responsibilities
Define the vision for the product and solutionsBuild positive and productive working relationships with clients for business growthLiaise with clients and business representatives to understand the needs of businessAnalyze client needs, consolidate it into the rest of our client base's needs to determine roadmap itemsBuild and maintain the prioritized product roadmap and communicating to internal and external stakeholdersInvolved in daily stand ups to steer and prioritized backlog items and to clarify featuresAnticipating client needs by interacting with the clients on their plans and ensuring clients are aware of our product roadmapProvide support to the Scrum Master and Scrum team to ensure the features are delivered as expected and that no impediments prevent the scrum team from making progressServe as primary contact for client regarding any future enhancements and feature developmentDevelop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time savingMake critical business decisions to meet client expectationsProvides guidance to projects within the group on delivery of the solutions and addressing business requirement problems as they ariseProviding supervision and guidance to Agile delivery teamsProviding updates to stakeholders on the overall deliveryDo market research to establish future trends for clients to ensure the roadmap and technologies remain currentSteer and review proposals from vendors and suppliers for any project that requires external inputBuild and present product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers

Qualifications and Experience
Degree or Diploma with 8 to 10 years related experience in one or multiple IT areasRelevant certificationsProven experience in roadmap establishment and client relationshipProven experience Agile methodologies, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Product Owner experience
