About our client: Our client is a leading payments company dedicated to transforming the payment landscape by providing a risk-free and empowering payment solution.
Their payment solution aims to alleviate debt burdens, enabling shoppers to pay as they earn, free from the threat of accumulating charges.
You will be working on the latest tech with ample opportunity for additional training and growth in a flexible environment.
What you will be doing: Bring the product vision to life by shaping a feature roadmap that balances long-term goals with consumer needs and preferences, and create clear release plans to bring it all together.
Actively connect with consumers and stakeholders to gather valuable insights on product messaging, value propositions, and upcoming features, ensuring they align with consumer expectations and market trends.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver smooth consumer enablement, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
Break down the roadmap into actionable sprint-level tasks, prioritising features that offer the greatest value to consumers while deferring less critical items to future sprints.
Ensure functional design tasks are completed with a strong focus on solving consumer pain points and enhancing the overall user experience, all while keeping the product cohesive.
Keep consumers informed and engaged by tracking release progress, monitoring key metrics, and providing clear, detailed updates on new features.
Participate in strategic workshops and maintain ongoing conversations with consumers to gather feedback, making sure the product stays in tune with their evolving needs.
What you will need: A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, with a strong focus on consumer-facing roles.
Extensive background in the fintech sector, understanding the unique challenges and requirements faced by consumers.
Strong knowledge of AWS cloud-native technologies and architecture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with consumers.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, particularly in a consumer-focused environment.
